2020 Registration Fee Breakdown

Football and Cheerleading

 

Non-refundable administration fee of $50 is applicable for all enrollees

 

  • Football Registration Fee:

    • $425 per child and $400 for each additional child within the same household. Sibling discount does not include Cheer participants

    • Each participant will receive $50 in raffle tickets

 

  • Cheerleader Registration Fee:

    • $375 per participant. ($325 Returning participants with uniform)

    • Includes $40 in raffle tickets

 

*What’s included?

  • Los Angeles Unified School District Permits

  • PYFL League Fees

  • Practice and game location fees

  • Medical Insurance (limited to PYFL Events)

  • Pictures, Trophies, Spirit Pack, Game Pants (to be returned), Game Jersey home and away (to be returned), practice Pants (to be returned), Helmet (to be returned) Shoulder Pads (to be returned), 7 Piece Pad Set(to be returned), and Mouthpiece.

  • Participant keeps spirit pack and full game uniform!

 

  • Cheer Uniform Includes:

    • Cheer Bow, Vest, Liner, Pleated Skirt, Briefs, Socks, and Shoes

    • Pom poms (to be returned)

   

  • South Valley Raiders Annual Yearbook (If Resources Permit)

 

What’s Not Included?

  • Physicals, cleats, breast cancer socks (Pink October), Athletic Supporter

  • Individual Team Events and Activities,  Slush fund for game day team snack

  • Playoff and Championship Game Entry Fee


*Please Note: Replacement fee will be assessed for applicable items that are loaned out, and not returned to the South Valley Raiders.

Box 2. IF YOUR CHILD HAS ANY MEDICAL OR PHYSICAL CONDITIONS THAT MAY LIMIT THEIR ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE: Doctor must complete: Child's Name, explain their condition, and have their physician sign and date.

IMPORTANT...

WHAT TO BRING TO PRACTICE...

 

Football Players:

  • Water bottle

  •  Football cleats (not metal) /  running shoes

  •  Loose fitting clothing

  •  Athletic supporter

  •  

Do not eat a heavy meal immediately before practice.

 

 

Cheerleaders & Mascots:

  • Water bottle

  • Rubber sole tennis shoes with socks

  • Loose fitted clothing (stomach must be covered)

Remember to remove all jewelry including earrings before coming to practice.

All Players must have a physical before the first day of practice, with proof on a Valley Youth Conference Physical Form and certified by a qualified physician. Physical Form must be given to the team manager in order for the child to be allowed 
on the field. NO PHYSICAL, NO PARTICIPATION!
