Sign up EARLY for $225.00
After June 10th: $275.00

 

Thursdays, April 15th & 29th
May 13th & 27th
June 3rd, 17th, 24th
July 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th

In order to receive the early registration fee discount, all fees MUST be paid by June 10, 2010. Any players with an outstanding balance after June 10,2010 will be required to pay the regular fee of $275.00.
 

You will need the following items by August 1, 2010:

  1. The original birth certificate (passport, official school printout)

  2. Heath insurance information (if applicable)

  3. A full physical examination from a medical doctor is required before August 1, 2010. The medical forms will be included in the registration packet and are available online.
